​CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALES​
  1. Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase except as outlined in these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the LPA Code or otherwise as required by the Australian Consumer Law and applicable state consumer laws.
  2. Every patron must have a valid ticket.
  3. Tickets will only be issued upon full payment.
  4. The right of admission is reserved by the Front of House staff at the Theatre. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance – which may be at the first interval.
  5. Recording of any performance by camera, tape recorder or other recording technology is strictly prohibited.
  6. Mobile phones, pagers and other communications devices must be turned off and/or made silent before entering the theatre.
  7. Ticket holders enter the venue at their own risk and Hunters Hill Theatre will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury due to a breach of these conditions.
  8. Hunters Hill Theatre reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists; vary advertised programmes; seating arrangements and audience capacity; and refuse admission with reasonable cause
